Ripley Heatwole Company (RHC), established in 1946, has evolved from a real estate company into a full service developer and one of the top multi-family housing developers in Virginia. RHC affiliates include a Class A General Contractor, mortgage banking company, and property management company. RHC has had award winning success in the development of housing in Hampton Roads and continues to have a good relationship with local governments and planning staff in the area.
RHC offers affordable apartments for singles, families and seniors (55+), as well as retirement communities. City View at Town Center, the company’s most recent project, is a mixed use development consisting of residential, retail, office and other complimentary uses. The development consists of two phases totaling 23.82 acres. Approximately, one half of this area is protected tidal wetlands and Thalia Creek.
