CBDA members Mary Stott, Marketing Director for Pembroke Mall, Brenda Giordano, Marketing Coordinator for Armada Hoffler Properties, Katie Caraviello, Director of Marketing and Sales for the Hilton Garden Inn Town Center, and CBDA Executive Director Jeanne Evans-Cox,  all shared their thoughts on the establishment, branding, stakeholder investment and visitor satisfaction strategies of such a program.

Sponsored by the Virginia Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB), the "Virginia Beach Tourism Ambassador Program's" objective is to increase regional tourism by inspiring front-line hospitality employees and volunteers to turn every visitor's encounter into a positive experience, increase community economic impact and to build a positive destination image for the City.
